چکیده
A bstract In this note we study the mass spectrum of type IIB flux compactifications. We first give a general discussion matrix for F-term vacua in four-dimensional $$ \mathcal{N} N = 1 supergravity theories and then specialize to Calabi-Yau orientifold compactifications presence geometric non-geometric fluxes. setting are AdS 4 which compute conformal dimensions operators dual scalar fields. For mirror-dual DGKT construction find that one-loop corrections complex-structure moduli space lead real-valued — only when ignoring these recover integer values previously reported literature. an example configurations more than mirror also obtain non-integer dimensions. Furthermore, argue stabilizing axio-dilaton asymptotic regions by fluxes implies at least one corresponding eigenvalues diverges.

Axion Stabilization in Type IIB Flux Compactifications
A scenario for stabilization of axionic moduli fields in the context of type IIB Calabi-Yau flux compactifications is discussed in detail. We consider the case of a Calabi-Yau orientifold with h − 6= 0 which allows for the presence of B2 and C2moduli. In an attempt to generalize the KKLT and the Large Volume Scenario, we show that these axions can also be stabilized some already at tree level, ...
متن کاملComments on Heterotic Flux Compactifications
In heterotic flux compactification with supersymmetry, three different connections with torsion appear naturally, all in the form ω + aH . Supersymmetry condition carries a = −1, the Dirac operator has a = −1/3, and higher order term in the effective action involves a = 1. With a view toward the gauge sector, we explore the geometry with such torsions. After reviewing the supersymmetry constrai...
متن کاملType IIB Flux Vacua at Large Complex Structure
ly in terms of flux-modulus variables alone, with no dependence on Yukawa couplings; and (2) for any particular Calabi-Yau, we can actually produce a vacuum corresponding to any abstract (X,Yî, Zâ) ∈ Xn at any chosen values of moduli (τ, ta) by simply tuning the internal fluxes. As seen from the decomposition of the mass matrix M2 τ,C in (2.23), an added benefit of covariantly constant Yukawa c...
متن کاملStandard-like Models as Type IIB Flux Vacua
We construct new semi-realistic Type IIB flux vacua on Z2 × Z2 orientifolds with threeand fourStandard Model (SM) families and up to three units of quantized flux. The open-string sector is comprised of magnetized D-branes and is T-dual to supersymmetric intersecting D6brane constructions. The SM sector contains magnetized D9-branes with negative D3-brane charge contribution. There are large cl...
متن کاملMaximal Supergravity from IIB Flux Compactifications
Using a recently proposed group-theoretical approach, we explore novel gaugings of maximal supergravity in four dimensions with gauge group embeddings that can be generated by fluxes of IIB string theory. The corresponding potentials are positive without stationary points. Some allow domain wall solutions which can be elevated to ten dimensions. Appropriate truncations describe type-IIB flux co...
